Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Lanzinha website, application, APIs, and per-minute private game-server hosting service. By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or starting a room, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who provides the service
Lanzinha is operated by [operator legal name, CNPJ pending], headquartered in Brazil. For support and legal matters, contact [email protected].
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the assistance of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and authorize payments. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for any activity that occurs under your account, including by minors you allow to play on rooms you open.
3. What the service is
Lanzinha rents dedicated cloud compute by the minute on which you run private game servers (currently Minecraft Java Edition; other game adapters may be added over time). The server boots on demand in roughly forty-five seconds, runs while at least one player is connected, saves a world snapshot, and stops automatically after five minutes with no players — unless you enable the optional keep-alive mode, in which case the server keeps running (and billing) until you stop it or your balance runs out. Specific tier capacity, machine type, and per-minute price are shown on the pricing page and inside the start-room flow before each session.
4. Pricing and billing
Pricing is per minute in Brazilian reais (BRL), with a one-minute minimum charge per session and per-second billing thereafter. There is no subscription or monthly fee; you are charged only while a room is running. Billing begins when the room reaches the READY state and ends when it stops. Active price plans, minimum charges, idle-grace windows, and low-balance buffers are listed on the pricing page and applied per session.
5. Payments through InfinitePay and crypto
Wallet top-ups in reais are processed by InfinitePay (CloudWalk) on its secure hosted checkout — Pix or credit card. Crypto top-ups (Bitcoin, Solana/USDC, Ethereum on Base) are settled on public blockchains through infrastructure operated by Lanzinha and are charged in US dollars at a rate frozen when the deposit is created. Amounts appear in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed. Lanzinha does not store credit-card numbers, banking credentials, or Pix keys; payment metadata is limited to transaction identifiers, paid amount, timestamp, and status.
6. Right of withdrawal (CDC, art. 49)
Unused wallet credit may be refunded within seven days of the corresponding top-up under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. Credit already consumed by a session that reached READY is non-refundable, since the compute service was rendered. Refunds are issued via Pix to the original payer. Send refund requests to [email protected] with the relevant payment identifier.
7. Cancellation and account closure
You may close your account at any time directly from the account settings or by contacting support; cancellation does not require contacting a sales team, navigating retention flows, or completing any task beyond a single confirmation. Any remaining wallet credit is refunded via Pix at closure. There is no recurring subscription to cancel and no late-cancellation penalty.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Lanzinha to host cheat or pirated servers, distribute malware, harass other users, resell compute commercially without a written agreement, attempt to attack third-party systems, or bypass the player or memory limits configured by your tier. You may not configure a game server to allow non-licensed clients to join the underlying game, and you may not host content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
9. Game licenses, mods, and third-party content
You and your players are responsible for owning a valid license to the game your room runs (for Minecraft Java Edition, an active Mojang or Microsoft account). You are solely responsible for any mods, resource packs, plugins, or world content that you load into your server. Lanzinha does not endorse, screen, or warrant third-party content and is not responsible for outcomes caused by such content.
10. World data and backups
Lanzinha takes automatic snapshots of your worlds after each session and stores them on Google Cloud Storage in São Paulo. Snapshots are best-effort and provided as a convenience; we do not guarantee against world data loss, and we recommend that you periodically download your own snapshots. Snapshots associated with a deleted account are removed after the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are abusing the service, putting other users at risk, failing to pay confirmed charges, violating these Terms, or breaching applicable law. We will provide notice when feasible. Unused wallet credit at the time of termination by Lanzinha is refunded unless the termination is due to confirmed fraud or court order.
12. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fault-free output, or specific game behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or loss-of-data damages.
13. Governing law, venue, and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the comarca of São Paulo, SP, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule assigns a different venue. We may update these Terms; the current version, with its last-updated date, is always available at /legal/terms. Material changes are announced by email at least fifteen days before they take effect.
