How it works

Three steps. None of the three is a subscription.

01

Create your account

Email or Google. You're in within 30 seconds. No credit card.

02

Add credit

Instant Pix with zero fee via InfinitePay — or card and crypto. The balance stays in your wallet until you use it.

03

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official Minecraft service?

No. We host Java (Paper) servers you can join from your own launcher, but we are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Does billing stop when nobody is playing?

Yes. After 5 minutes with no one connected, the room saves the world and shuts itself down. Billing ends at the same time. Want it up 24/7? Enable keep-alive when opening the room — it keeps running (and billing) until you stop it or the balance runs out.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Pix (zero fee) and credit card up to 12x via InfinitePay, plus Bitcoin, Solana/USDC and Ethereum. You add credit, and the balance is consumed per minute while the room is open.

Can I bring my own world?

Yes. Zip your Minecraft world — a single-player save folder or a server's world folder — and import it from the Worlds page. We unpack and convert it for you. Every room then saves a snapshot when it stops.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no monthly fee. Stop the room whenever you want and the remaining balance stays in your wallet.

How do I request a refund?

In the Wallet, click "Request refund" if you still have balance from a top-up made in the last 7 days (right of withdrawal — Consumer Code art. 49). The team approves within 24h and the Pix is returned automatically to whoever paid.

My room failed. What now?

The balance reserved for that session returns to your wallet automatically within a few minutes. If you want to understand why it failed, open a ticket below with the session ID — we keep the server logs and reply during business hours.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile, scroll to "Delete account (LGPD)" and click "Request account deletion". We anonymize your ledger as required by tax law and erase worlds, snapshots, and history. Any remaining balance is refunded via Pix.

Which version of Counter-Strike should I rent?

CS2 is the current official version (Source 2, MR12, and subtick). CS 1.6 is the classic GoldSrc build for LAN-house nostalgia.

What is the GSLT and where do I get one?

The GSLT (Game Server Login Token) is what Valve requires for public dedicated CS2 servers. Create one for free at steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers and paste it into the create-room form. It isn't needed for CS 1.6.

Do bots count as players on the meter?

No. In CS2, bot_quota only counts human players for billing — when the last human leaves, the session closes on its own after 5 min. CS 1.6 doesn't expose bots yet because the vanilla runtime installs no bot plugin.

Why doesn't competitive mode allow bots?

In CS2, the competitive match plugin refuses to start a match with bots active. The form disables the bots toggle when you select competitive MR12 mode.

Can I use custom maps (Workshop)?

Not yet. For v1 each game in the CS family ships with the active-duty map pool embedded. Workshop maps depend on a Valve API key and are on the roadmap.
