Minecraft EULA notice
Minecraft is one of the games you can run on a private server hosted by Lanzinha. This notice describes the relationship between Lanzinha and the Minecraft EULA and the trademarks of Mojang AB and Microsoft Corporation.
1. Independent operation
Lanzinha is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. Lanzinha rents general-purpose cloud compute on which you may run a Minecraft Java Edition server alongside other supported game types.
2. What Lanzinha provides
We provide the dedicated virtual machine, the Java runtime, the Paper server JAR, an operator agent, world storage on Google Cloud Storage, and the per-minute billing pipeline. We do not distribute the Minecraft client, Minecraft assets, or any Mojang or Microsoft software beyond the freely available Paper server build.
3. Your obligations under the Minecraft EULA
You and the players who join your room must each own a valid Minecraft Java Edition account and must comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement at minecraft.net/eula. Using Lanzinha to host a server does not modify, replace, or waive your obligations under that agreement.
4. Trademarks
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. All Mojang and Microsoft trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to Minecraft on the Lanzinha website and inside the application are nominative and descriptive, intended only to indicate that the service is compatible with Minecraft Java Edition.
5. Server conduct
You may not configure your server to bypass Minecraft authentication, such as setting online-mode to false in a way that lets non-licensed clients join. You may not host pirated derivative works, distribute the Minecraft client through your server, or operate a marketplace for Minecraft accounts. We reserve the right to stop rooms that violate this clause.
